Pinnacle Property Company was founded
in 1988 as a property management firm engaged solely in
the management and leasing of shopping centers. Ellis Development
Company, Inc. ("Ellis"), an affiliate of Pinnacle,
was founded that same year to participate in the purchase
and development of commercial real estate properties. Based
out of the DFW area, Pinnacle and Ellis form a vertically
integrated, full-service real estate organization specializing
in the ownership, management and leasing of strip shopping
centers throught the southwestern region of the United
States.
Pinnacle has been extremely successful
in creating leasing strategies, and then substantially
leasing-up each of its
shopping centers (the majority of which were significantly
vacant upon acquisition). This has been accomplished
through a hands-on approach to positioning, marketing and
managing
the properties. The company's specialization in retail
properties and considerable leasing experience gives
it a unique ability to effectively manage and lease shopping
centers. Attention to detail and effective supervision
of repair and maintenance responsibilities allow Pinnacle
to operate efficiently with minimal staff and overhead.

As President & CEO, Keith Finley is responsible for
the overall acquisition, leasing and property management
activities at Pinnacle Property Company. Mr. Finley founded
the company in 1988, and previously held the position of
Senior Vice President with Central Park Development, a
shopping center developer in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
During his tenure with Central Park Development, the firm's
portfolio of shopping centers increased from eight to almost
30 centers, and Mr. Finley supervised all retail leasing
for the company. From 1978 to 1985, Mr. Finley was employed
by K-Mart where he progressed from Management Trainee to
Home Office Planning and Buying.
Mr. Finley graduated from The University of Pittsburgh
in 1977. He is married with two children and resides
in McKinney, Texas.
Cole Finley is a leasing agent and property manager for
Pinnacle Property. He combines several years of experience
with a good working knowledge of the commercial real estate
market. Cole completed his undergraduate education from
the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas
at Austin and was admitted into the rigorous MBA program
at the University of Texas at Dallas. He studied all business
fields there with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship.
Cole spends his free time fishing, hunting, boating,
golfing, watching sports, playing ice hockey and playing
with his
two dogs.
Kyle Finley joined The Pinnacle Property Company, Inc.
in January of 2010 and is a leasing agent and property
manager for the company. Kyle obtained a MBA from the University
of Dallas and also earned a BBA from the University of
Oklahoma, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. During
college, Kyle gained experience through internships with
Pinnacle Property Company and with a startup company in
Oklahoma City.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys golf, fishing, and basketball.
Recently, he has completed two sprint triathlons and
also a half marathon.
